The Horn Doctor is a store devoted to the sales and service of band and orchestra instruments, as well as guitars. The Horn Doctor music store was formed in 1984 with the intent of providing Alaskans with the finest service and products for wind instrument players that is possible. With a service center for brass and woodwinds that is second to none, The Horn doctor provides a solid foundation for sales of high quality brand name instruments.

We have band instruments, string instruments, guitars and basses. We have the rarer instruments from sousaphones, double french horns, and ukuleles.

We also have an ongoing sale on most guitar strings and drum kits! Buy one set and get another one free, always welcome to mix and match. Reed packs are 20% off for one box and 30% off for two.

The Horn Doctor staff is completely devoted to the service of Alaskan education with support ranging from fly out clinicians to toll-free band instrument information. The Horn Doctor has been clinician for maintenance of band instruments for many school districts including Anchorage and the Alaska Music Educator's Association.
