The Four A's is the lead HIV/AIDS agency in Alaska providing support to HIV positive individuals in 91% of Alaska (all areas except for Fairbanks) and HIV prevention around the state.

Mission:
To be a key collaborator within the state of Alaska in the provision of supportive services to persons living with HIV/AIDS and their families and in the elimination of the transmission of HIV infection and its stigma.

Supportive services to HIV positive individuals and their families.

Free HIV Testing, Monday through Friday, 9-4 p.m. (results in 20 minutes).

Anchorage Syringe Exchange, Monday through Friday, 9-5 p.m.
