I learned that cooking is a new adventure every day because of different tastes and cultures. Cooking comes from every aspect of people and their tastes.

There are so many Japanese restaurants and chefs. Today, we're all starting to like fusion Japanese food more and more.

I have been giving a "Sushi Class" for years, since I opened my own business, and realized that I love to teach people how to prepare what they love to eat.

For me, giving surprises every day to my customer's dishes makes me confident and proud. It's all about putting my heart into what I create!
