A glass and chrome vision of the 1950s, this concept restaurant was created from the ground up by two well-known local chefs, Al Levinsohn and Jens Nannestad.
Standing at the corner of busy Benson Boulevard and Minnesota Drive (on the route downtown from the airport), the building is unmistakable and nearly
irresistible, with its big clocks labeled "Time to Eat" and shiny metal siding.
