In 1995, Anthony Miller and partner Robert Hauser imported San Franciscos Mission-style burrito to Colorado, opening the first Qdoba Mexican Grill in Denver. Qdoba immediately won over customers and critics with the restaurants Mexican flavors and fresh ingredients.

Obviously, it was an idea whose time had come. Since Qdobas auspicious beginnings, weve grown to include over 500 Qdoba Mexican Grill restaurants from coast to coast. And plenty more are on the way.
