A Dose of Know-how, one of 17 licensed and bonded concert promoters in Anchorage, produces an annual Halloween party which sold out "Alice" at the Cell One Sports Pavilion in 2010, without a bar. One year later the attendance is expected to sell out a larger, more upscale venue; the Egan Center.
